We are a young and ambitious team consisting of analytical people with often an econometrics or other exact sciences background.
We are creative and always have a solution. Together we do not shy away from the challenge. We deal with serious and complex issues, but always keep it light-hearted with room for humor.
Sanneke is one of the two founders of Lynxx. She is inspired by growth in a natural way and loves to create new shoots to a branch. At Lynxx we do this by investing in people’s growth and sincere connections with our customers. These core values are the drivers behind continuous innovation and high performance.
Paul is one of the two founders of Lynxx. He is inspired by traveling and loves being submerged in different cultures. By doing this he experiences how things in life can be perceived in a different way. He sees as the solution for a problem is not always obvious for someone else. Looking at things from different angles helps me to keep a fresh and pragmatic view, with a Dutch creative twist.
In 2014 Peter started working at Lynxx. Both the energy and the vibe within the team were decisive factors to join Lynxx. Even though the team is rather diverse, they share a common factor which connects them and leads to new ideas and innovative projects. He believes in personal growth and enjoys traveling to learn from various cultures. At Lynxx, Peter has the opportunity to combine both, to work with people abroad and to improve his skills and knowledge.
Brian enjoys investigating complex matters and transforming this into clear, actionable insights and proposals. Together with his colleagues and clients he achieves results through his enthusiasm, sensitivity and fresh approach. Through the years he has developed a special interest in first and last mile optimization. Outside of work he loves to swim, visit concerts, and play complex board games with thick rule books.
This is Koen! An energetic teamplayer who loves a complex puzzle. Freshly married and lives in Utrecht. Koen started as a young physicist at Lynxx a long time ago and has never left. He has experience in data science,dData analytics and tender work around the globe – in particular if it concerns public transport. Koen is expert in getting-to-know-a-new-issue-quick and solving the challenges which arise during the project. Outside work, he is an enthusiastic (but not very talented) field hockey player and loves to ride a bike as well. During a drink, you will always get an enthoustic response discussing craft beers.
Maaike has worked for Lynxx since 2012. She is inspired by people. In her travels she has met many people with different beliefs and views of the world. They have taught her to see things from different perspectives – which helps Maaike in her work to better understand the user and their needs.
Max started working at Lynxx at the beginning of 2019. His passion is to use data analysis to reduce complex problems to something that is comprehensible for everyone. This in combination with a team of energetic and creative people, makes Lynxx the place to be for him. In his spare time you can find Max at the beach riding waves and flying kites. Another hobby of his is trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
Willeke joined Lynxx in April 2023. Like many of her colleges, Willeke completed a bachelor in Econometrics and a master in Operations Research. She gets a lot of energy from working as a team with collueges and clients. She likes to apply her knowledge about data into real life applications with social value. In her spare time, Willeke can often be found visiting friends and family, who are spread out across the Netherlands. Moreover, she likes to explore the world hiking, camping or backpacking.
Schelto joined the Lynxx team at the beginning of 2022. Before moving toward the field of data science, he was a PhD candidate in theoretical physics in Amsterdam. With his analytical and research background, he enjoys tackling complex societal problems to add genuine value. At Lynxx, Schelto has found a place where he can work on these issues together with a great team of young and ambitious people.
Stan has been part of the team since May 2022. His technical expertise and his pragmatic view allow him to connect the dots between science and business. Stan gets his energy from teamwork and experiencing growth. When he is not behind his laptop working on another masterpiece, you can find him on the football pitch, at a concert, or at the karaoke bar!
Robin joined the Lynxx team in December 2022. Before that, he was working at Dassault Systemes as an Operations Research Scientist. Even before that – in the long long ago – he was studying Econometrics and Operations Research in Groningen. He joined Lynxx to help shape and deliver projects in the Operations Research field and to broaden his horizons by learning what life’s like as a Data Scientist. Also, Robin loves solving any kind of puzzles. Other things you can find Robin doing in his spare time are playing cards, playing football, watching football, talking about football, or watching people talk about football.
Tom joined Lynxx in December 2022 after finishing masters in both Econometrics and Industrial Engineering. He is pragmatic and loves working together with young and bright minds to solve complex data puzzles for our clients. Lynxx’s atmosphere with energetic and ambitious people makes Tom feel right at home. After work, Tom enjoys visiting concerts, making music,and playing football.
Wouter started working at Lynxx in March 2023, after finishing his master in econometrics. He really enjoys solving complex mathematical problems and gets a lot of energy from achieving great things together. Concepts in logistics interest him deeply, and he is enthusiastic to apply Data Science to this field. In his spare time, Wouter enjoys running and cycling, as well as a board game or making a pizza from scratch.
Tessa became a part of Lynxx in April 2023 to write her Master’s thesis. She enjoys putting the knowledge she gained in her studies Analytics and Operations Research in Logistics into practice, Lynxx provides the perfect environment for her to do so. The team of Lynxx does not only hold a lot of expertise (which is beneficial during the graduation process), they are all very welcoming, supportive and fun. Apart from work, Tessa finds happiness in spending time in the garden or engaging in activities such as playing tennis or ice skating.
Merel began her journey with Lynxx in April 2023 by writing her master’s thesis in econometrics. After getting a taste of what it’s like to work at Lynxx, she was delighted to kickstart her career here. She enjoys diving into the details of operational processes and solving analytical puzzles. Besides work, her calendar is usually filled with playing lacrosse and skating around Rotterdam with her friends.
Alice joined Lynxx in September 2023. She graduated in Econometrics & Operations Research at VU Amsterdam one year earlier. After graduating she worked on planning optimization at a care transportation company. She enjoys solving complex problems together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues. When not at work, you can find her with family, friends, in the kitchen or with a good book.
Anne started at Lynxx in November 2023. Before this, he completed masters in both Operations Research and Transport Economics. He really enjoys tackling complex problems with advanced methods, especially those relating to transport and mobility. Luckily, Lynxx has plenty of those problems for him, while also enabling him to learn and get a deeper understanding of these methods. Besides work, he adores going for a run, playing a boardgame, or going hiking.
Mark has started working at Lynxx at the start of 2024 after completing his Bachelors in Artificial Intelligence and Masters in Data Science. When he is not working you can find him at festivals, exploring a different country, in the gym, or gaming behind his computer. In his work Mark gets energy from working with a fun team and cracking his brain on a complex task.
Celine’s journey at Lynxx commenced in the month of February 2024, when she came aboard as the Office Manager. Lynxx, an organization renowned for its vibrant and dynamic environment. This diversity aligns perfectly with Celine’s enthusiasm for handling various tasks. Outside her professional life, Celine also enjoys sports, the lively atmosphere of festivals, and of course, she never misses an opportunity to explore the menus of terraces.
After completing a Bachelor’s in Psychology and in Artificial Intelligence, and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and in Data Science, Otto joined Lynxx in March 2024. Otto is ever excited to apply his knowledge and skills as a data scientist to solve the many puzzles posed to Lynxx. Furthermore he loves to ponder how AI solutions and innovations can be used to solve problems and improve processes. In his free time Otto can be found enjoying such things as indoor football, yoga, reading, and having drinks with friends.
Romi joined the Lynxx team in April 2024 to write her Master’s thesis in Econometrics. She enjoys turning complex problems into practical insights and is therefore excited to put her theoretical knowledge into practice. In her spare time, she can be found at a concert, playing tennis or spending time with friends and family, preferably playing board games together.
Thomas started his journey at Lynxx in 2024 after finishing his master in Applied Mathematics. Optimization is in his DNA; he enjoys solving all kinds of mathematical problems, and he will not rest until he finds the best solution with the given resources. In doing so, he aspires to improve the lifes of as many people as possible. As a ballroom dancing fanatic, he spends most of his spare time practicing or teaching partner dancing. The remainder of his spare time goes to playing online/board games with friends.
In May 2024, Donna started at Lynxx to write her thesis to finish her Master Econometrics and Management Science. She enjoys collaborating with a team to develop the most appropriate solution, backed by data. Besides this, Donna has a strong passion for playing handball, frequently attends festivals, and captures memories by compiling photographs in a photo album on a monthly basis.

Matt is responsible for Lynxx in the Asia-Pacific region. Although he’s now based in Sydney, he considers himself to be a citizen of the world (but still waiting for a passport). He studied machine learning back when it used to be called linear regression, and he’s passionate about data and how they can be used to improve our quality of life. When he’s not working with customers, Matt will be trying to teach his kids about how to interpret the data around them.
Beau joined Lynxx in 2019. He studied astrophysics. The data driven approach to solving problems was a decisive factor in joining the team. He really enjoys learning about different industries through their data and coming up with solutions that can improve organisations. When he’s not working, you might find him brewing his own beer or building machine learning models that can improve decision making. Beau is currently working on a motorbike valuation model.
Jake joined Lynxx in 2021 after completing his degree in mechatronic engineering. He loves being a part of the Lynxx team, fulfilling his passion for building data-driven software solutions. He enjoys learning new things and is thankful that Lynxx has exposed him to so many exciting projects thus far, which have assisted in expanding his current knowledge and technical skillset. Outside of work, you will find Jake on a golf course or in his garage building furniture in my spare time.
Alex joined Lynxx in 2022. He studied chemical engineering and chemistry. Alex worked on site and in process and control optimisation. More recently recognising the future is systematic data analysis and automation, he has taken every opportunity to further his understanding and skills to help shape the automation of information through insights. He greatly enjoys problem solving and when he’s not learning he’s usually reading, drawing or hiking.
Dilinie joined Lynxx in 2021. Her background is in business analytics and information technology. She is passionate about using technology to solve problems. She believes that data plays a huge role in supporting her human-centric approach to problem solving. Outside of work, you’ll find Dilinie spending most of her spare time at the beach.
Tari joined Lynxx in 2022, bringing expertise in both Physics and Data Science. Tari enjoys solving complex problems and utilising data to assist industries in making informed decisions. Tari values being a part of the diverse and talented team at Lynxx. In their free time, Tari can be found bushwalking or spending time with their family.
Marcus joined the Lynxx team in 2022. He has a love for the beauty of logical creativity and problem solving as well as tech which has led him to study a double degree in Systems Engineering and Information. Outside of work Marcus enjoys basketball and bouldering!
Kumuthu joined Lynxx in 2023 after graduating with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong with a major in Big Data. Having always had an interest in data analytics, he was thrilled to find a company that aligned so closely with his passions to start off his career. During his downtime, Kumuthu can be found indulging in his favourite pastimes such as curling up with a good book, watching films, or taking a stroll outside.
Marieke joined Lynxx in 2024. She is excited to be assisting Lynxx with business development activities and being part of the creative and positive Lynxx family. Half Dutch, half Kiwi, she is inspired by outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, SUP, mountain-biking or just relaxing on the beach.
Nick joined Lynxx in 2024. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Technology from University of New South Wales. Before pursuing a career in software development and AI technology, he also studied Physics and Mathematics. He is thrilled that Lynxx’s data-driven solutions align perfectly with his passion and further his professional interests. Outside of work, you can often find him hiking in nearby national parks or enjoying the shows at the Opera House!

Michiel joined Lynxx in 2024 and is responsible for the North America region. He is a strong believer in the transformative potential of data & AI to increase productivity and enhance the quality of life for its end-users through its technological advances. With a background in digitalization and enabling applied AI research & commercialization, Michiel is excited to help clients solve complex problems and reach their full potential by adopting these technologies. Outside of work, he is an avid traveller and explorer, having lived in the Netherlands, Brazil, Asia, and Canada for many years, and loves to explore off the beaten track.
