For various tenders we analyse the distribution channels of ticketing. How to improve, digitalise, lower cost and increase revenue in the complete process of sales. For a tender in Scotland we wrote up an initiative to enforce full-fare onboard sales during opening hours. We quantified the impact of over GBP 25 m of additional revenue over the total length of the concession. The key to success was a deep submersion in the problem & advanced algorithmic analytics.
